4. Fees and Payments

While we exercise professional care in handling your claim, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian legislation and within Canadian jurisdiction.
